The Challenge:

The legacy S&OP internal application had to be retired because there was a new NetSuite ERP implementation taking place across the business. ADA saw the opportunity to replace the legacy S&OP application with a modern cloud based planning solution that easily integrates with NetSuite.  

The Solution:

Oracle's Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS). The new solution provided a powerful and flexible planning solution for S&OP. The tight and unique integration between PBCS and NetSuite provides the business users a platform that can be used in other parts of the business for a connected planning solution. Gibney Consulting partnered with Meyers Holum Inc (MHI). Myers Holum Inc, a premier NetSuite implementation consulting company.

The Future:

In future phases ADES are planning to do full driver based budgeting and forecasting for Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Workforce and Capex.
